WOWBURGER FAM!
The story of WOWBURGER began in an unassuming hut in The Workman’s Bar & Club, Dublin City, Summer of 2015.
From this little hut, we started serving up our double patty wonders to a rapidly growing gang of burger fans. The secret was out! Folks were discovering WOW and the word had soon spread among Dublin’s burger enthusiasts.
Not long after, WOWBURGER took over the basement of hardware and pints emporium Mary’s Bar & Hardware on Wicklow St. Shoppers, punters, students, locals and tourists alike flocked to get a taste of our beautiful burgers.
From there it didn’t stop and one–by–one, WOWBURGER after WOWBURGER, we opened 20+ locations across Ireland and even our first UK location in Frenchgate, Doncaster ensuring people are never too far away from a delicious WOW feed!
Between serious burgers, golden hand cut fries, creamy thick shakes and a FREE toppings bonanza, WOWBURGER has it all.
WOWBURGER is about simple, tasty food with a serious commitment to flavour and naturally, the burgers are the star of the show!
The best burgers start with the best ingredients. Every ingredient on WOWBURGER’s menu, from our custom created buns to the potatoes for our hand cut chips and of course our Irish beef patties, have been specially sourced from suppliers that we are proud to work with. We spent months and months creating the perfect patty, made with three different cuts of the finest local beef for the perfect ratio of fat. We create our burgers using 100% Irish beef.
Our burger buns are specially made for us by Irish bakery Coghlan’s and Foster’s Bakery in the UK, while our hand cut fries are chipped in house daily using the best of seasonal potatoes from Maris Pipers to Marquis Potatoes – depending on the season. Our WOWBURGER fam love creating their dream burger with our range of FREE toppings. Yes free, always! Choose from grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, raw onions, jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mayo, vegan mayo, BBQ sauce, hot sauce and WOW sauce. Add to this our specially blended cheese, Irish crispy bacon and you have the makings of your dream burger.

Not one to fade into the background, when we have something to say, we say it! Our brand values of doing good within our community, giving back to our loyal legion of fans and holding ourselves accountable when it comes to sustainability, are things we pride ourselves on.
We don’t take ourselves too seriously, our brand personality and yearly campaigns are tongue-in-cheek, feel good campaigns filled with pun-tastic content! Our dedicated marketing team are on standby to help spread the word of WOW, with an always-on strategy supported by seasonal campaigns throughout the year.

With the vision to build a cheeky lifestyle brand that people aspired to align with and got people talking, we were on a roll! Since our very first WOWBURGER popped up in 2015, our double patty burgers, golden hand cut fries, sundaes and shakes grew a fiercely loyal following across all age groups and demographics, proving to be a highly successful restaurant and delivery concept.
Now a proud chain of fast casual restaurants with multiple locations now across Ireland, offering dine in, collection and delivery via Just Eat, Uber Eats & Deliveroo… it’s safe to say there’s no stopping us!
